Abstract

Laboratories are essential parts of disciplines that are within the Natural Sciences. With the pandemic of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19), the teachers of these fields needed to reinvent themselves, so that students could reconcile theory with practice. Thus making the use of Virtual Learning Laboratories (VLL). Therefore, the objective of this work was to carry out a survey in the scientific database Google Scholar about the VLL Zygote Body as a resource to be used in Biology and/or Science subjects from 2018 to 2022. For this, the following descriptor was used: "Zygote Body", and then inclusion criteria were elaborated to select the works that are part of this paper. With the search, it was found 266 papers, which were screened, remaining five researches. Details about the characteristics of this VLL were compiled, as well as the collection of valuable information about its resources, and it was concluded that it can be used in the classroom, covering the anatomy content, in basic and higher education. It is also important to note that, although it can be a useful resource to assist teachers in their activities, there is little recent research on this VLL. In the last five years analyzed, only five studies related to the theme were found.
